Delete my account

You can delete your 2-12-10 account in the app (Profile), or from this page if your account has a confirmed email address.

What is deleted

• your profile (nickname, color, avatar), your email and your notification tokens;
• all your photos, including in the groups’ history;
• your place in your groups: you leave all of them.

What is kept

• your points remain in the groups’ ranking and statistics, attached to “Deleted player” instead of your nickname;
• reports involving you are kept for one year after they are handled, then deleted.

Own a group?

Your account can’t be deleted while you own at least one group. First hand each of your groups over to another player in the app, then make your request. If you request it anyway, you’ll get an email listing the groups involved.

Request deletion

You’ll get an email with a confirmation link, valid for 60 minutes. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

Your account has no confirmed email address? Delete it in the app (Profile), or write to us at hello@2-12-10.com.
